For any kind of additional desires and needs we are always at your disposal.

To confirm the reservation will be charged a deposit of 20% of total cost (non – refundable in case of cancellation) . The rest of the final amount, needs to be paid 60 days before the date of arrival.

Minimum stay is 7 days.

Additional costs:

Services of check-in, check-out, bed linen and general cleaning of the house after use: 90 €.

Tourist taxes (for the house, per night): 5 €
